ABOUT CUB SCOUTS

Cub Scouts at Kingston are the section following on from the Joey section, the second youngest members of our group. They play a vital role in engaging the local community and fostering a sense of belonging among the younger members. They undertake a variety of activities and programs, they not only learn essential life skills such as teamwork, leadership, and outdoor skills but also emphasise the importance of community service and environmental stewardship. The Joey Scouts actively participate in local events, showcasing their achievements and encouraging more children to join in on the fun and learning. By working together on projects, they develop friendships and a strong sense of camaraderie, making scouting a rewarding experience for everyone involved. The enthusiasm and dedication of the Joey Scouts resonate throughout Kingston, inspiring a new generation to explore, learn, and connect with both nature and their community.
